We are delighted to share that Ms. Yoshiko Nagashima, a soprano singer who has generously supported BEYOND Tomorrow for many years, will once again host a charity concert in support of our work with young people.
Entitled “Liederabend” (An Evening of Song), the concert will feature Ms. Nagashima, soprano, accompanied by pianist Tristan Raës, in a program of beautiful vocal works.
Ms. Nagashima graduated from the Vocal Music Department of Musashino Academia Musicae and continued her musical studies in Vienna, where she trained in Lied and Oratorio at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna. She subsequently pursued performance activities in Italy and has built a distinguished repertoire that includes German and Viennese art songs. Her recitals have been held at renowned venues in Japan, including Suntory Hall, Oji Hall, and Hamarikyu Asahi Hall.
With her European musical training and extensive performance experience, Ms. Nagashima brings expressive depth and a beautiful soprano voice to the concert stage. This performance offers a wonderful opportunity to experience the richness and beauty of classical vocal music.
We are deeply grateful to Ms. Nagashima for her continued commitment to supporting young people through the power of music. Half of the ticket proceeds will be donated to BEYOND Tomorrow, helping us provide leadership development opportunities for young people who have experienced adversity.
We warmly invite you to join us for this special evening, enjoy an exceptional musical performance, and help support the next generation of leaders.
